Like most TCG loot cards, is twink friendly so once used, the Personal Weather Machine once obtained gives one of your characters the [Goblin Weather Machine - Prototype 01-B]. This inventory usable item creates a personal aura of weather around your character. Anything from sunshine and blue skies all the way to rain, snow and thundershowers. While this is a semi-hard to obtain card, it will roughly cost you around $40-$80 USD using the "Buy It Now!" option. But if buying outright for that price isn't your bag, then you can easily bid on one for around $50-$65 USD.

About the Servants of the Betrayer Expansion
Releasing in April of 2008, the Servants of the Betrayer expansion is one the expansion to delve deep into the stories, minions and generals of Illidan followers Kael'thas Sunstrider and Lady Vashj and second in a series of 3 expansions dealing with The Burning Crusade. This expansion introduced a total of 264 cards into the WoW TCG and introduced Traitor Heroes and more reasons to side with Aldor or Scryer... and of course, 3 luscious TCG loot cards!
